An unforgettable dining experience in the spiritual heart of Australia, the new menu for 2017 has a strong sense of place, showcasing Indigenous Australian flavours with some exciting and unusual ingredients.
Guests will continue to enjoy Champagne and canapes while watching the sunset prior to moving up the dune for a four-course table d’hote menu with perfectly matched premium wines. A storyteller shares tales of Indigenous culture and the southern night sky.
The evening will end with a port, cognac or native wattleseed infused hot chocolate around the campfire. Guests are now also able to arrive in style with a half hour helicopter ride around Uluru & Kata Tjuta on their way to the dining site.
