Bali – Stay in Style at Viceroy Bali
A Luxury Journey. Set above Ubud’s verdant Valley of the Kings, Viceroy Bali is one of the world’s most intimate and beautiful boutique luxury experiences situated 10 minutes from the bustling cultural town of Ubud.
Ubud is a highland town on the Indonesian island of Bali, located amongst rice paddies and steep ravines in the central foothills of the Gianyar regency. One of Bali’s major arts and culture centres, Ubud, has developed a vibrant tourism industry with its copious shops, artisans and galleries.
Viceroy Bali epitomizes the concept of five-star luxury that is independently minded. Consisting of 25 luxuriously appointed pool villas, it is a sanctuary in paradise.
Each villa has its own heated pool and outdoor Balinese bungalow to relax in, as well as offering unrivalled views of the surrounding valley and jungle. Adding to the serenity is the sound of the rolling river rising from the valley floor below, something best enjoyed from the private terraces.
Arrive in style with a helicopter ride to the resort, wanting to avoid the 75-minute drive from Bali’s Ngurah Rai international airport to Ubud. Guests can also tour Bali and the neighbouring islands by helicopter.
Stay in style at The Viceroy Villa, the presidential villa in name and opulence. This 2-bedroom expansive villa has two master bedrooms with lavish marble ensuites, separated by a common semi-outdoor living and dining area adorned by a double tiered thatched roof. Both bedrooms look out to the 15-metre heated pool and grass garden; with the spectacular lush valley as a backdrop.
Adding to the serenity, the constant, calm, cool sound of a rolling river rises from the valley floor as you enjoy your presidential space. Designed with private entertaining in mind, on prior notice, the second bedroom of the Viceroy Villa can be converted into a formal dining or function room, with menu selections from CasCades restaurant’s fine dining menu.
The Viceroy Villa is a two-bedroom villa and is 400m2 (4300 ft2) in size.
