CORON is the biggest town in Palawan region. Coron Island is a wedge-shaped limestone island. It has seven lakes, famous of which is the nationally-acclaimed cleanest lake in the Philippines, the Kayangan Lake. It also has a number of islands with white beaches and clear blue waters perfect for snorkeling, deepsea fishing and shipwreck diving.
EL NIDO is a magical place. From its ageless towering marble cliffs to its white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, many refer to as paradise. There are over 50 beaches to discover, enchanting lagoons with tranquil turquoise-green water, caves that can take you to hidden beaches, and a very diverse variety of wildlife.
PUERTO PRINCESA is the capital city of Palawan. With a newly opened international airport, Puerto Princesa has countless natural wonders and disciplined people and is considered to be the cleanest and greenest city in the Philippines. It’s a base for boat trips through the massive limestone caves and underground river of the biodiverse Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park. Dive sites are dotted around Puerto Princesa Bay, home to long-nosed dolphins, turtles and rays. Close to the port is the 19th-century Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral.
