Day 1

Hanoi – Arrival

Arrival at Hanoi International Airport and transfer to the city where they will have a first impression of Hanoi. Arrive and check in hotel. Free afternoon in Hanoi for relax or explore the city on your own. Accomodation in Hanoi

Day 2

Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc

Breakfast at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer 110 kilometers south of Hanoi to Ninh Binh to visit the ancient capital of Vietnam Hoa Lu and today, the area around the city is also known as the “Dry Halong”, with the same limestone rocks found in the famous Bay. Upon arrival, we will visit Bich Dong Pagoda and will take a boat ride through the caves. After lunch and back to Hanoi, on the way we stop at the Temples of the Dinh and Le Kings legendary. Day 3

Hanoi City Tour – Sapa by train

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit  the city, the capital of Vietnam and only city in Asia for its tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture and oriental temples. The tour includes the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh (only the outside), the house of Ho Chi Minh on stilt, the botanical garden and the Presidential palace. Presidential palace is the most fussy and expensive construction at that time but Ho Chi Minh refused to live in this luxurious building. He said it was totally unsuitable for his poor and starving people. Besides, learning about Ho Chi Minh’s life and revolutionary activities.On the way out visit  One Pillar Pagoda Based on Kinh Ly Thai Tong’s dream, One Pillar Pagoda was built in 1049 and included a pillar in the middle of a lotus pond, and a temple of lotus-shape, that reflected literally meaning: “long lasting happiness and good luck. Next continually explore the Temple of Literature. Located 2km west of Hoan Kiem Lake, the complex is a famous historical and cultural relic consisting of the Temple of Literature and the first university in Vietnam. Have chance to learn more about education in Vietnam since 1000 years ago until recent history in tranquil atmosphere.Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit the Ngoc Son Pagoda, amid Hoa Kiem Lake, and free time to enjoy the scenery. Then ride by cyclo pousse Hanoi’s Old Quarter. At the end of the evening, attend a traditional Water Puppet show at Thang Long Theatre. Finally, return to hotel, finish unforgettable full day Hanoi sighseeing.Around 20:00 transfer to Hanoi Train Station to take overnight train to Sapa ( It takes around 8 hours from Hanoi to Sapa by train)Estimated train to Sapa:  FANSIPAN @ HANSAP 21:10 05:30Accomodation on board with shared sleeping cabin with AC 4 berths per cabin

Day 4

Sapa – Bac Ha Local Market

Upon arrival in the early morning, meet our guide and transfer to Sapa town. Breakfast at the hotel and refresh in the hotel room. Around 7:30am we will head to the local ethnic market of Bac Ha – located 110km far from Sapa. This is a big market, only happening on Sundays, and filled with many different hill-tribe peoples. It is the most colorful market in North of Vietnam. In there, you will have a chance to enjoy Bac Ha minorities goods, simple but unique, such special wines made from rice, cassavas, corn and different sorts of fruits such as plumps, apples, peaches… Also you will be able to talk to the minorities through the guide’s interpretation. After that, visit the H’mong King’s house (King Hoang A Tuong) built by the French colonists and the Chinese in 1920. Return the town for lunch (by van). In the afternoon, spend time walking to another village (Ban Pho village). Around 15h00, get back to Sapa. Lunch on this day will be served in a local restaurant. Upon arrival to Sapa, rest of the afternoon free at leisure for you to relax. Accommodation at hotel in Sapa.

Day 5

Sapa – Cat Cat Village and Silver Waterfall (Heaven´s Gate)

Breakfast at the hotel. You will be met up at your hotel in Sapa at around 9AM then leave Sapa market town. We will go downhill to Cat Cat village. Enjoy beautiful landscape and scenery along the road. Upon reaching a waterfall and a hydroelectric station, we will take a short rest before continuing our trek on a dirt trail through rice paddy terraced fields. The area is still covered by rain forest under the protection of Hoang Lien National Park. We will arrive in Y Linh Ho village inhabited by Black Hmong people where we will have one more rest before climbing toward the main road. Lunch included. Transfer back to Sapa town and departure to the Silver  Waterfall, which is located about a half hour away. The road offers stunning views over surrounding mountains and lush forests belonging to Hoang Lien National Park. You are advised to stop by a farm for a cup of tea and talk with people to understand their local life. Then we continue our drive uphill to the Heavens Gate, the highest stretch of road Vietnamese well as the provincial border of Lao Cai and Lai Chau provinces. Enjoy fantastic view over the valley. Transfer back to Sapa to collect the luggage and free time at leisure until departure back to Lao Cai to take the train destination Hanoi. Day 6

Hanoi – Halong

Arrival in Hanoi around 04:30 transfer to hotel to take shower , have breakfast and reluxe. Around 07:30 moving 160 miles east to Halong Bay – about 3 hours and a half by shuttle bus of Cruise Upon arrival at Halong Bay, embark on board a traditional junk for a memorable cruise. Welcome lunch with local seafood. Cruise in Ha Long Bay where some islands and caves are visited. Ability to swim or kayak (included) around Soi Sim beach. In the afternoon, admire the sunset over the bay or have fun on the terrace of a bar with happy hour. Enjoy a delicious dinner on board. Practice squid fishing at night. Overnight on board the junk in the Ba Ham. Note: The cruise itinerary may vary depending on the cruise operator.

Day 7

Halong – Hanoi – Hue by train

Breakfast on board. Start your day with Tai Chi class on the deck with some of the best teachers in Vietnam while the ship continues sailing slowly through the beautiful scenery offered by the Bay and visit the “Surprise Cave”. Back to the ship enjoy a fun cooking class and taste some of the dishes we prepared. Lunch on board and landed just before checkout Arrive at Halong pier. Transfer to Hanoi Train station for night train to Hue. Estimated Time of train: SE1 HANHUI 19:00 08:00  Accommodation on board with air conditioned sleeping cabin 4 berth per cabin.

Day 8

Hue City Tour

Arrival in Hue, transfer to hotel for breakfast. This morning you will be able to enjoy a cruise along the Perfume River to reach Thien Mu Pagoda. Lunch at local restaurant. Then continue by road to the northeast of Hue to visit the legendary mausoleums of emperors Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. Returned to the hotel to enjoy free time. Dinner on your own. Day 9

Hue – Danang- Hoi An

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, transfer to Hoi An, located about 120km south of Hue Visit en route to the Cham Museum and Marble Mountain in Danang and stop at the fishing village of Lang Co to take beautiful landscape photos Lunch at local restaurant. Day 10

Hoi An – Half day city tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Start walking to explore this historic village that was once a thriving port city from the sixteenth to eighteenth centuries. Visit the colorful local market of Hoi An, the old Tan Ky House, the Town Hall and the legendary Japanese covered bridge, with over 400 years of history. Day 11

Hoi An – Danang – Nha Trang

Nha Trang arrival

Day 13

Nha Trang – Fishing tour at Mun Island

Today we will start the tour at 08.30 am from your hotel to Cau Da port. Cruise to Mun & Tam islands, where you stop for fishing & snorkeling at Mun Island. Back to Con se Tre restaurant for having seafood lunch on Bamboo island. Enjoy the fish you catch. Relax & swim on your own time. On the way back to the shore, a short visit to fishing village to see the fresh shrimp, zoo groupers, sea crab raised in floating cages. Car & guide transfer you back to the hotel. Tour ends around 4:00 pm to 5:00pm. Free time until transfer to Train Station for night train to Saigon. Day 14

Saigon – HD City tour

Arriving in the city, transfer to hotel for breakfast. In the afternoon meet tour guide and driver then transfer to down town to visit the former Presidential Palace. Visit to the Historical Museum of War Remnants, stroll through the city center to discover the Cathedral of Notre Dame, the Old Post Office and the area Benh Thanh Market. Transfer back to your hotel and rest. Accomodation hotel in Saigon.

Day 15

Saigon – Ben Tre – Mekong Delta

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Mekong Delta. Arriving in the city of My Tho and board a local boat to go to Ben Tre, through the beautiful islands of the Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle and Phoenix, located in the Tien river. Visit one of the local candy factories and take a trip on Xe Loi (local transport) by coconut gardens and villages on the island, stopping to try local fruits and boat trip to discover the narrow canals covered with palm trees. Return to My Tho with stop en route for fish farms. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Saigon and accommodation. Dinner on your own. Accommodation hotel in Saigon.

Day 16

Saigon – Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time until transfer to the airport. The flight will be announced at the time of booking * Optional: Cu Chi Tunnels-Half day In the morning, visit the complex of Cu Chi Tunnels, located 45km north of Saigon. This ingenious labyrinth of tunnels 200km was created by Vietnamese fighters to attack American troops.
