Day 1

Arrival in Yangon

Welcome at Yangon (Rangoon) international airport by our guide and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2

Yangon – Bagan

Transfer to airport to take your flight to Bagan. Meet your guide to transfer from Nyaung Oo domestic Airport and sightseeing in Bagan, one of Asia’s most popular archeological destination. Start your tour with the busy Nyaung Oo Market, and then proceed to visit some of the distinctive pagodas in Bagan – Shwezigon, a prototype of later Myanmar stupas; Wetkyi-in- Gubyaukgyi, a 13th century ‘cave temple with interesting fine frescoes; Ananda Temple, one of the finest, largest and best persevered in Old Bagan; and next to it, Ananda Ok Kyaung, one of the few surviving brick monastery buildings from the Early Bagan period and Htilominlo Temple, built in  the last Myanmar Style temple built in this ancient city.

After lunch, visit to a lacquerware workshop and proceed to Dhammayangyi Pahto, a massive later period temple with the finest brickwork in Bagan.  Enjoy the beautiful sunset while riding horse cart between the temples before returning to the hotel.  Overnight in Bagan

Day 3

Bagan – Kanpalet (by jeep/4WD vehicle) to visit Mt. Victoria

After breakfast, depart your hotel for the peaceful charming Kanpelet town past the vibrant Chauk town where stop in for a visit to the colorful local market, the right place for your last shopping just before continuing on the journey to the mountain. Then continue driving for 4 hours to Kanpelet, located near the peak of Mt. Victoria. Stop briefly for lunch at the en route village called Kazunma.   Enjoy sunset from one of the most scenic spots in. Dinner and overnight at private Guesthouse in Kanpelet. Overnight in Kanpalet.

Day 4

Kanpalet – Mindat

Breakfast at the guesthouse and explore the old Kanpalet city, a beautiful hill station situated at 3000 feet above sea level. Set off your journey Mt. Victoria, 1400 meter t the town, heading for the Mt. Victoria locally named Natmataung. Drive approximately 25 km up to the base to start hiking the third highest mountain in Myanmar. The mountain is to be hiked two hours and a half and you may enjoy the spectacular views through the jungle walk. Return to your car awaiting to drive to to Kanepetlet. After lunch at the local restaurant,  drive about 4 hours over bumpy roads to Mindat, a small town inhabited by Chin people, to stay overnight at the basic Victoria Guest house in Mindat.  Overnight Mindat.

Day 5

Mindat

After breakfast, allow some time to explore Mindat. Situated 1’500 meters above sea level, surrounded by beautiful peaks, most of them reaching over 3000 meters, this quiet hill town offers mild climate and very pleasant scenery. Chine people living in the hills earn their living by hunting and farming in the mountain. Then visit to Panow Village, where you may have the chance to see the famous Chinwomen with tattooed faces, a fading tradition. Learn more about the local customs of the Chin ethnic people and observe and daily life. Back to Mindat.. Overnight in Mindat( An optional Chin culture show can be arranged in Mindat by prior request. how can be available upon request. Supplement for the show is to be advised. )

Day 6

Mindat – Bagan

After breakfast, take a brief exploration of Mindat. Return to Bagan. Stop for lunch en route.  Enjoy sunset from one of the scenic spots in the town. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 7

Bagan

After breakfast at hotel, start your day with a visit to the colorful Nyaung U market. Then proceed to the charming Minnanthu village, located near central Bagan, where you will get to meet open and friendly village people, welcoming you to their home. Their houses are modest in the traditional way of the Myanmar countryside, with an outdoor living area, used for sitting, entertaining, working, and sleeping. It offers a unique opportunity for visitors to see the women rolling cigars to sell at the market and making woven bamboo picture frames to sell to the visitors.  Men also work hard, usually busy on the firms in the growing season and at their work area of the blacksmith and wheelwright in the less busy time out in the fields. Around this village, monuments of a later period such as Tayokepyay Temple, Laymyatnar Temple, Nandaminnya and Payathonzu temple than those in the central Bagan area group can be discovered.  Enjoy the beautiful sunset while riding horse cart between the temples before returning to the hotel.  Overnight in Bagan.

Day 8

Bagan – Yangon

Day 9

Departure Transfer

Transfer to airport – Bid farewell to your guide and depart Yangon.
